Shane East and Lucy Rivers (with a cameo visit from Joe Arden) brIng this exciting next installment of Max and Dree’s adventure to life. And once again, we the audience (as this feels like a video drama, not a book) are left suspended above what could very well be the finale. Laughed out loud in several places, cringed in others. If you don’t like cliffhangers, wait until Reign, the next book is out and purchase the whole series. However, whether you buy the whole series or each as published, don’t miss this one. A swashbuckling read! And it should be a tv series. Grab the series, a definite add to the TBR and listen list.
