The appetizer for the new Max series, which is still in the works. Sharpens the anticipation for the first book Rogue. Love Blair Babylon’s books. I loved the first three audiobooks in, what I think of as “the billionaire musketeers”.
This audiobook has too many voices. Joe Arden narrated the voices for Casmir and Roxanne, John Lane narrated Arthur and Gen in the first three books. In this newest book Joe Arden and John Lane continue using their respective Rox and Gen voices in their particular chapters, then there are new female narrators for Rox and Gen, the southern accents left me unimpressed and were distraction.
Overall this is a good listen and am certainly looking forward to the next.
